My inspection was done on time with no problems. I did need a loaner for a quick errand for the hour my car was in the shop, and James and Matt came through for me as always. I am always treated very well at Champlain Chevy.

Brought my truck in for inspection and it needed rear brakes so they had five school kids working on it and other vehicles and it took 3 hrs and the inside of my truck was covered in dirt from there hands. The ceiling and visor and door panel. What a joke at $120.00 a HR. Never again

Nick was very helpful. I got what I wanted for my trade and the rebates were great. I pretty much had the truck I wanted picked out online but Nick had it all ready for me to see when I got there. He worked with my hectic schedule and made the experience easy and enjoyable!

Ashleigh was very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and resourceful in helping me through the transition of trading and getting a new car. I'm always treated great by the team at Champlain Chevrolet. Brought my 2018 Silverado in for oil change, tire rotation, and a list of other small items to be worked on as I prepare to drive the truck to Minnesota and back next week. They resolved all issues and did so at a fair price. I'm the 6+ years since I bought my truck there, I have received nothing but great service and have never felt like they were trying to take advantage of me, which I can not say about dealers associated with another brand of car we also have in our household.

A coworker found their webpage. She knew I was already talking with another dealer. I had never heard of Champlain Chevrolet. I took a look at their inventory and saw a truck I like. We communicated through email a few times, then talked on the phone some. I went up to see the truck and talked to Nick & Noah. Both seemed very nice, honest but most of all not pushy. I left there undecided on what I was going to do. Both guys emailed me and thank me for coming up to visit and to let them know if there was anything else they could do to earn my business. A week or so later, I called them up and told them I was ready. Everybody at Champlain Chevrolet seem very nice and treated me well.
