Always a good experience

My experience with Champlain Chevrolet in Enosburg Falls, VT was tremendously smooth and very easy going. Ashleigh was very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and resourceful in helping me through the transition of trading and getting a new car. Staff is very friendly and Brian works hard to get what the customer likes. It was, overall, a very pleasant experience.

I can sum it up in o e word: “Outstanding”!

I'm always treated great by the team at Champlain Chevrolet. Brought my 2018 Silverado in for oil change, tire rotation, and a list of other small items to be worked on as I prepare to drive the truck to Minnesota and back next week. They resolved all issues and did so at a fair price. I'm the 6+ years since I bought my truck there, I have received nothing but great service and have never felt like they were trying to take advantage of me, which I can not say about dealers associated with another brand of car we also have in our household.

Service was excellent in dealing with a dollar figure for an expensive repair item

My truck has been down for over 3 months. Champlain Chevrolet did what they could on their part to repair it sooner but GM sent the wrong part which caused the delay to be twice as long

Everything went great.We made a deal.And i was on my way with my purchase.

A coworker found their webpage. She knew I was already talking with another dealer. I had never heard of Champlain Chevrolet. I took a look at their inventory and saw a truck I like. We communicated through email a few times, then talked on the phone some. I went up to see the truck and talked to Nick & Noah. Both seemed very nice, honest but most of all not pushy. I left there undecided on what I was going to do. Both guys emailed me and thank me for coming up to visit and to let them know if there was anything else they could do to earn my business. A week or so later, I called them up and told them I was ready. Everybody at Champlain Chevrolet seem very nice and treated me well.

I had my vehicle in recently for an oil change and tire rotation at Champlain Chevrolet and, as always, they did a fantastic job. The service team is consistently friendly, professional, and makes the entire process easy from start to finish. They go the extra mile to make sure everything is taken care of and that you feel taken care of as a customer. I truly appreciate the great service and will definitely continue coming back!

I have an issue with fob system of starting the car due to my having it fail me on the road four times in the last two and a half years. I was stranded twice and the third and fourth time I had batteries with me but it was awkward to slice the fob open and replace the batteries while sitting in the car. The last time I lost a tiny spring that was part of the fob and never found it. This has left me with a feeling of less confidence about driving cars with fobs.

Everything is working as it should after you folks took care of it.

Champlain Chevrolet got my vehicle right in and gave me a loaner so that I could get back to work. Great service as always!!

Champlain Chevrolet is a great place for getting great service or a new vehicle. The service department is always prompt and upfront and keeps you fully updated. The sales team is prompt and gets things done quickly and easily and makes you feel at ease, hardly knew I had just made a purchase as they made it so easy. I was like wait, thats it, no more this and that, like other places have done. I have walked into some other dealerships and felt uneasy and getting told stories and just didn’t feel welcoming. However at Champlain Chevrolet it is a friendly local hometown welcome feeling anytime I’m there. And with having a service van and truck that need service and a recent new truck purchase I do tend to be there quite a bit and it’s always the same great feeling. Thanks everyone at Champlain Chevrolet for all that you do for your customers.
